We had a wonderful 2 week holiday with family at Villa Pinares; loved Port de Soller and the villa. It is well equipped, clean, tidy and well sited. Julia and Pepe were very helpful and readily available to us if we had any queries. One small issue with the pool was addressed within hours.
About 500 metres from the port and classic electric small train to Soller. The villa is equipped with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The issue we had was that the road is directly outside the villa so traffic can be an issue and they use the top of the road to turn round and go back down so you get twice the traffic and noise. In addition the hill is not for the unfit as it is approximately 30-45 degree slope, if you need the excercise and want to use the lungs, heart and legs after a couple of days it does get easier, please be warned. The port itself has over 100 restaurants and the beach is looked after very well. The water is shallow and ideal for children with boats and pederlows available. The villa has air con in nearly all the rooms, the plunge pool is a relief during the 30 plus temperatures. As a group of four adults wishing to relax and enjoy doing very little apart from reading and wifi it was great. Well worth the visit.
