Made the mistake of prepaying with a refund only if cancelled within 48 hrs. If we had known how bad this place was 48 hrs before we came we would NEVER have stayed here. Unfortunately they already had $408 of ours so we suffered through. Staff was rude and unhelpful. The rooms are so small they're had to move around in. The floor in one room was very damp (we had two rooms) and both smelled VERY strongly of smoke even though its a smoke free facility. The light switches for the bathroom are out in the main room around the corner from the bathroom. Honestly, just everything about this place is weird and smelly (the hallway on the third floor smelled and felt like you we're in the pool even though its several floors down). IF you decide to stay here, do yourself a favor and don't prepay like we did.More
