the best resort I have visited so far, excellent service and a personal care as I have never experienced. it is pleasantly comfortable, there is no stress. the villas are really comfortable and the cleanliness beyond any doubt. the food in buffet form is very varied, always fresh and very tasty.

Stayed 5 days in the Komandoo Resort for our 25th Anniversary.
Need to say that we never enjoyed such a perfect service from arrival to departure.
The room (Beach Villa) was spacy, clean and very comfortable, made up two times a day.
All the staff extremely friendly.
Food and drinks perfect every day.
Recommended to every couple looking for the perfect place to enjoy a romantic time.

There really are no words to describe the beauty of Komandoo it is something that has to be experienced as there are no words to do it justice
This was our 12th visit to the Maldives and the 10th to Komandoo our last visit to Komandoo was only 6 months ago. We have travelled extensively however there are places we still want to see so when planning this trip we both were thinking it would probably be our last visit. Two days in and we both said "who are we kidding!" How could we not come back!! So..... a few emails later to our travel company in the UK we were all booked for our next Komandoo adventure which made leaving a tiny bit easier! and are now looking forward to returning to this amazing place in 6 months time! Why do we keep returning?

There is a sign next to the beach bar that says "There are no strangers here only friends you haven't met'" this is so true of Komandoo
🏝Champions meet you from the seaplane platform and welcome you on to their Dhoni boat. After a short ride to the Island more smiles are waiting for you on Komandoo's jetty. After hugs and handshakes you are taken to reception where Champions welcome you to the island with a song and drums and more smiles! 😁
🏝After a seamless check in you are accompanied to your villa complete with an outside very private bathroom and garden with nothing in front of your villa but the ocean as far as the eye can see, soft sand with two private sun loungers and a parasol just waiting for you and your towel!
Your luggage is waiting for you and you are welcomed with complimentary champagne wine and nibbles amazing towel art and bed decorations
After settling in to your villa you know what's to come for the duration of your holiday ...

🏝The choice and quality of the food is to die for served to you by an amazing team and an Executive Chef who leads from the cooking station
🏝The ocean is teeming with the most colourful fish, turtle's sting rays, moray eels and coral that is most definitely recovering from extreme water temperatures in 2016. We had the best snorkeling experience ever 7am every day at daybreak the reef is simply breathtaking
🏝We would recommend the trips with the Prodivers team we went on the manta ray trip twice and were so lucky to swim with these magnificent animals. For the first time we went on the night snorkel trip on the house reef with the Prodivers and torches a brilliant experience to see the different sea life at night
🏝We went on and highly recommended the complimentary back of house tour to see the Champions Village and to see the infrastructure and just how much goes into making your stay perfect... impressive!
🏝You can do as much or as little as you want on Komandoo... trips, cooking demonstrations, diving, snorkelling, swimming in the clear waters of the ocean or pool, eating, drinking or just do nothing but gaze out to the ocean....
We could go on and on listing the many reasons you should visit Komandoo and why we return again and again but the word that sums up the whole experience is perfection

Our Executive Chef Ricardo and the rest of the leaders team is very focused and it is true that they assist me to take a great care of the resort and our champions and our guests. I must admit, according to all our guest records, this is the best that island has ever been in every angle.
I am also very thankful that you highlighted our hard working Spa team led by Kirty and they definitely has the “magic touch” to take care of you and they are very talented.
We are very lucky to have lot of dive and snorkeling attraction so close to Komandoo and our Pro divers team do an excellent job guiding our guests to manta trip.

After a seaplane transfer we arrived at this fantastic resort. We were welcomed by singing staff and a much needed cool drink. This is a totally relaxing chill out place. There is a well equiped gym, kayaks and snorkling equipment if you're feeling active.
There is also a a very good diving centre with a fantastic dive team. There is such a huge variety of fish that snorkling is a must. The food is amazing and there is a huge choice. Our room was lovely, very well looked after by Saeed who was an expert at turning our towels into different animals each day. We went to the Maldivian evening which was performed by the staff. It was amazing. Saeed was excellent with his singing and dancing. In fact all of the staff were lovely. They were very helpful, informative always had time for a chat and were always smiling. An absolutely perfect place. There is a spa there but we didn't use it as we were totally relaxed. Will definitely return.

We choose Komandoo as our Honeymoon destination and had there a great Holiday from the first day.
Everyday we were welcomed by a big smile of all champions. The way from our Jacuzzy Water Villa over the jetty, trough the colorful green garden to the different amenities of the Island was always great. We loved the friendly service, the great Food and for sure the surprises at our room. The Housereef is spectacular, full of small and bigger fishes of all kinds and colours, every day a Turtle on our Snorkle trips and lots of other beauties.
All our trips such as the visit of local Island, Night fishing, Back of the House Tour were always well organized and the guides competent. The guys, eg Najid, Rifaah and Salim do great Guest Relations Jobs :)
Our Waiter Riza surprised us with a well decorated table for our anniversary, really touching. Every day we were warmly welcomed by all the waiters and kitchen staff with a big smile and great service.
Our Roomboy Saeed is a real artist always surprising us with his towel creations and all the small thoughts and
Hussein showed us his Art with Palmleaves, great memories.
As guests we can feel the esteem for all the champions. A thing that we really appreciate as it is not obvious. Also the work on sustainability and the respect for the nature is great on Komandoo.
So, thank you for all this and all the great memories we enjoy now thinking of your Honeymoon.
