Loved it one of the highlights of my visit to Merseyside, we drove & parked for free in the Crosby Leisure Centre just put L23 6SX in your sat nav, walked the length of the beach & back.

We visited Crosby Beach on Wednesday to see the statues & the weather was unbelievable for February. to see the statues. Seeing the 'men' standing in a long line looking out to sea is amazing. A must see if in the area.

This stretch of Crosby beach is a unique place.

Gormley's iron figures are mesmerising, seeming to stride out into the sea and towards the huge offshore windmills - together compiling a futuristic scene to the north and west.

To the south is the present industrial landscape dominated by the cranes at Seaforth's container docks.

To the east, the grandeur of Victorian former homes of the merchants and industrialists of the past.

Wonderful experience.

Must see if in the area.

It’s an amazing sight seeing the ‘men’ looking at to sea.

Ample parking, also a burger van & ice cream van in car park.
