“What's not to love?”
Reviewed 5 August 2013

Have been eating at Love's for YEARS. It offers a complete menu -- salads, sandwiches, panini, wraps, potatoes with toppings, smoothies, etc.
But what I really love is the probiotic California Tart frozen yogurt. It's the perfect healthy treat.
The four high chairs and the children's menu make this a good destination for families.

“Best Frozen Yogurt in Highland Park”
Reviewed 22 July 2013

During a recent trip from Florida, I tried three different frozen yogurt places in HP. Hey, where else are you going to hang out with family (except over a char dog at Michael's)? Love's wins the award, hands-down. Michael's has yogurt, yes, but Love's is much better.

“A local's fav!”
Reviewed 2 March 2013

If you live in Highland Park you for sure have been to or heard of Love's. It is a nice frozen yogurt shop. They have good flavors- and it is a very popular place for after school snacks. They make pies out of their frozen yogurt/ice cream that are greta for taking home or bringing to a party.

“A Highland Park Institution!”
Reviewed 12 June 2011

Love's is a great place in Highland Park. You definitely get the feel of the town; it's a classic institution in the heart of downtown.

The quality of the food-- the froyo, at least-- is great. I love getting the peanut butter-Ghirardelli chocolate swirl, with sliced bananas, or the key lime with graham cracker. And it's reasonably priced-- about $4 for a small size (which is maybe 8 oz or so?)

The only thing is, it definitely attracts a big high-school crowd, which means it can get very loud with gossipy teenagers very fast. If there's seating outside, that's the place to be, to escape the din and delve into long conversation with old friends. Otherwise, your visit might be cut somewhat short, as mine was last night, when we couldn't stand the earsplitting chatter (and North Shore accents!) anymore.
