I stay here every week and the hotel couldn't be any more accomodating. I know many of the staff by name (and they know mine) and everyone is friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby just went thorugh renovations and are very nice. I used to stay at Hilton properties exclusively and this hotel converted me to Marriott. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.More
Only stayed one night on business trip. Normally stay at Hampton down the road. This blew them away for basically same money. Very professional check in. Polite prompt informative. Had their own little restaurant directly adjacent to check in. Not sure if this is all or just this hotel but it looked great. I did not eat dinner there as I had plans and did not eat breakfast either so I cannot attest to quality but it looked great. Breakfast you could have eggs cooked etc.
Room was comfortable quiet. Everything was perfect. Hotel is about 15 miles from O'Hare so it is convenient.
