The premier inn at Glan Conway was a really good experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good quality

Stayed in this hotel last night 10/11/13 met by Adam on reception very friendly chap indeed we had laugh and joke, very efficient check in and check out,we where in the anex room 69 very clean and comfy,69 is end room so no one walking past so was very quite,i would recommend this room when you book, staff in adjacent brewers fayre very friendly and very nice pub, made you more than welcome, food usual standard, hotel less than 10 mins by car to Llandudno,i would highly recommend a stay at this hotel, I know PI are eco friendly but in winter it would be nice to walk into a warm room instead of having to put heater on and wait for it to warm up,be nice if they could put heater on for arrival.I will be staying again in the very near future .

Room Tip: Ask for room 68/69 1st floor.

Wanted a hotel near Llandudno, this was perfect recently refurbished, the staff very informative, breakfast excellent and although restaurant busy with children on Sunday eve, we had a little table for 2 away from the main area. food good.

I have just returned from a very good break at the Llandudno Glan-Conwy premier inn from Monday 28 October to Saturday 2 November, it was a very good holiday but a few slight glitches which were no channel 5 on the TV which is a disgrace as most TV's in the UK have channel 5 on them which meant I had to watch channel 5 programmes on 5 on demand on my iPad which resulted in me using extra battery on my iPad due to the premier inn difficultly not having channel 5, also the internet was down from Tuesday to Thursday which didn't suit me at all as I had to miss out on looking things up on the Internet and had a backlog of watching TV programmes which I eventually cleared on Friday evening, also on Monday evening the queue in the restaurant was too long which was bad resulting in me having to get take away fish cakes and chips from Llandudno Junction due to the queue being too long, the next 4 nights, the queue was a lot shorter which was better, so I had food from the restaurant in my room which saved me having to go out in my car to get food. For my room I was allocated room 30 on the top floor which was good as I hate being on the ground floor so it was better to have an upper floor room, it was a a shame there was 2 chairs, not a settee by the window for me to put my stuff on, I prefer a settee as to chairs as I can put more stuff on it, for my next holiday booked for Hastings from 17-22 February 2014, I hope for all of channels 1 to 5 on the TV, no long queues in the restaurant when I go to order my evening meals, to be on the top floor, to have a settee by the window and for the Internet to NOT be down at all during my time there, please.

Room Tip: Have a room on the top floor as ground floor rooms are rubbish and boring.

From arriving at reception to leaving, the word SMILE seems to be a forgotten word in Wales.
The hotel is situated perfectly for covering a large area from Bets y coed to Menai so why are the staff so down and miserable.
If you run out of Tea/Coffee in the room dont expect it to be replaced till you have left.
I will say this hotel has some of the nicest meals on the menu of an evening but breakfast...... cold beans cold tomatoes cold mushrooms no thanks.

Good find, must of been past this place countless times over the years and never realised it was there.

Very handy for event HQ in Llandudno itself, and only 20 mins from the Stage that we were running, down in Betws-y-Coed

Room Tip: room on the front meant never heard the main A55 at all unless outside, and friends in rooms at the...

I wondered why this Premier Inn was charging so much for a Friday night stay - £74 - and that was weeks and weeks in advance. The reason was the Cambrian Car Rally and the Premier Inn was full, as were the car parks. However, it was surprisingly quiet overnight. It was impossible to eat breakfast as the Rally drivers had taken all the early bookings. We settled for a £2.50 SUBWAY breakfast nearby. Why four stars then? The staff at this Premier Inn were just excellent and the room etc. was well up to the usual Premier Inn exacting standards in terms of comfort and cleanliness.
