We have just returned from a one night stay (Saturday 24th January ) that was spent within the first floor room number 27 which is located within the main building of the Glan Conwy Premier inn hotel. On arrival the welcome from the staff was warm and friendly, whilst the room that overlooks the main A55 was clean and spacious, and had been set up with two single beds and one double bed to accommodate a family of four.

Given the proximity of our room to a major A road we all slept really well and did not encounter any road noise at all. As you would expect from a Premier Inn the bed and pillows and bed linen were all really comfortable which lead to a great night sleep. In general the room was of an acceptable standard although there were a couple of points that need improvement to bring it up to the standard that we have encountered at other Premier Inns (i.e. mildew on window, sealant in bathroom).

In the morning we had our pre-booked all you can eat breakfast in the adjoining Brewers Fayre which cost a total of £16.50 for two adults and two children. The staff were very friendly and the range and standard of hot and cold food on offer was faultless and all in all offered very good value for money.

Great as always, friendly for children, hearty breakfast, clean rooms and good customer service. If you book while a deal is offered, you won't find much better. Well done to all at Glan Conwy. A+++++++++++

Booked two nights arriving on the afternoon of the 1st of Jan, reception were very helpful and welcoming as were all the staff we met over the two evenings. The rooms have been refurbished and very comfortable, there were two easy chairs and a coffee table and plenty of room to move bout and hanging space for clothes, there was also a large flat screened tv with loads of channels to choose from and a hair dryer.
The bathroom was well equipped with a good shower pressure and loads of hot water, shampoo/shower gel.
There's a brilliant Brewers Fayre next door which even has a canopy to avoid getting wet, the restaurant has the usual themed nights and also runs a two meals for £10 and two puddings for £2 if you either sit down or have registered at the book in before 6.30pm, it does get busy for the pre 6.30pm meal so my advice would be if you intend to take advantage of it, book a table, either on line or when you check in, the meals are exactly the same in size etc as the ones after 6.30pm but with a slightly restricted choice, but still adequate. The staff in the Brewers Fayre are also very friendly and most helpful.
The thing that came over more than anything was that the room and bathroom were spotless and the staff very welcoming and helpful.
This is a great location for visiting this lovely part of North Wales, loads to do and see, we were very lucky with the weather and did lots of walking down the Conwy estuary and Llandudno was just a 10 min drive down the road.

Room Tip: We were looking over the front entrance car park on the 1st floor which we found to be quiet.

Excellent greeting on arrival, and explanation of all the facilities available. Clean modern room, slightly let down by lack of towels on arrival, and we had to go asking for them. No handrails in bathroom for disabled or people of limited mobility. No slip mat for shower, and heating could have been better, No extra blankets. Overall though and enjoyable stay, and would use Premier Inn again.

I've stayed here a few times now on business - whilst the hotel is average fare for a premier inn, the staff are unusually friendly and helpful whenever I've been. Usual setup with a pub next door etc, serves reasonable beer and cheap, reasonable quality food. Rooms are ok, beds comfortable and despite being so close to the A55, traffic noise isn't really noticeable.
