Probably deserves 3.5 stars, well run convenient hotel and was a lot better than my previous premier inn experience last week.
Struggle to give it higher marks as it's just a room that most people want for a night from the budget market.

Friendly reception service, the attached pub was packed with tourists / cyclists and was a weel run place so yes I would recommend it for all.

You know what you are getting at a Premier: good size room, large comfortable bed, great standards of cleanliness, good breakfast, etc. Have stayed in a good number and this one is no exception. The 'quiet areas' seem to work. There may not be the frills and extras found in some other hotels but what they do, they do very well.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in one of the quiet areas if you turn in before the revellers return!

Hotel nice and clean, reception were a bit blunt when we tried to check in, slightly before 2pm. And another time, they forgot to forward our booking for dinner one night. Other than that, nice room, helpful staff, and the food was good.
Overall, a pleasant stay.

Third stay at this hotel. Almost no parking for blue badge holders. Room provided on ground floor on request. Cleanliness excellent. First stay was a bit noisy overhead. Second and third stays were in a “quiet area”. Extra easy chair provided on request – but not in advance as requested. Tea and coffee supplies extremely mean for the price charged. Can request extra of course – but why? Price too high to stay more than one night; price higher on return than on the outward journey and higher than in January. Buffet breakfast freshly cooked, good and tasty. Cannot recommend Brewers Fayre for evening eating. Can recommend The Mulberry Pub, Conwy Marina, and Enochs Fish & Chips, (varied menu with mixed grill, reasonably priced not far away outside Llandudno.)

Love the Premier Inns. Spotless as usual, peaceful. Lovely views and breakfast exceptional. Well worth the money. Especially good for a family of 3 or 4. Liked the fact that the childrens breakfast was buy one, get one free!

Lovely Premier - we were in the annexe where all beds had new mattresses! Room very clean and comfortable. Huge car park. Great food with deals at pub and busy but quick and attentive service from all the staff. Conveniently situated for Snowdonia, Anglesey and lots of attractions. We will certainly go back.

Spent a weekend at llandudno, our favourite place in the u.k.and premier inn is always our first choice.Comfy beds, quiet room, lovely restaurant but most important we had disabled parents with us. The disabled room with walk in shower was absolutely perfect for Dad. He was celebrating his 92nd birthday and suffers with his mobility. The room, space and facilities were perfect for him to enjoy the break. Well done Premier.
