We stayed at Landal Landgoed 't Loo for a week on August 2014. We were two families with a total of six children. The place is something out of a fairy-tail. Just green and clean and perfect. The vacation units are large, roomy, with everything you could hope for including games for the kids and all the necessities. There's not a single bad thing in this place. It's perfect. The park shop offers fresh bread and rolls in the morning and the freshly squeezed orange juice is a must. If there was a rating better than excellent - I'd give it to Landal Landgoed 't Loo.
Date of stay: August 2014
Room Tip: All rooms are great and centered around the lake. There's a map in the web site with the unit...

The Dutch, I'm told, invented holiday parks and it shows. This site is located deep in woods around a lake. The villas are well equipped, the staff are friendly and there is plenty to do. What really stands out though is that IT DOES NOT FEEL CROWDED. Although this was the middle of August and the place seemed to be 90% plus full, you hardly ever saw more than a handful of people at any one time (except in the main shop and restaurant area and even then it wasn't too bad). The place is aimed more at younger children but older ones will enjoy walking, cycling, swimming in the lake, crazy golf, volley ball, pedalloes etc. Being a holiday park they change for nearly everything.....some prices are reasonable but some like cycling are quite expensive, and despite what I just said, the pool gets very crowded during the day. But if you're after a reasonable priced break in a quiet location this is far better than doing it in the UK.

Room tip: You will be charged for linen but that does not include tea towels or any other kind of towel. Take some with you!

We took our children and grand children for a week vacation in The Netherlands.
Stayed in Bungalow #7 which was ideally located near most of the attractions and the central building.
We have purchased the "Comfort" package which was OK.
On the "Pro" side:
The bungalow is well equipped. Large area for outdoor dinning and playing.
The place is just wonderful with day long activities to the children.
Good location for attractions.
Visit the "Castel" (Knight) restaurant the kids will love dressing up and playing.

On the Con side:
A bit far away from Efteling (1.5 Hr.) and Amsterdam.
Caught a rainy week...

I definitely recommend for families with children !

Clean and simple. Great for a family vacation, for young kids and for teenagers. Used the kitchen to cook breakfast and ate outside at the backyard. Loved sitting outside at night when we came back from a long day of exploring the country.

Paid for towels, but they do not change them. So, either you wash them yourself (5 euro for a load, and 0.50 euro for 20 minutes of dryer) or you can pay and get clean ones.

There is nothing at the cabin. Come prepare with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc. I even brought my own pan, paper plates, plastic utensils, foil pans, etc.

The place is nice, like in the photos, and so are the people who work there.

Highly recommend it!

Great place for a family holiday. Lots of activities for the kids on site - they particularly liked the swimming lake. The indoor pool was good, but with the glorious weather we didn't make much use of it. Lots of things to do and see locally - by bike and by car. Elburg well worth a visit and Apenhaul was a great day out. Only niggles were lack of oven in chalet and local service charges on top of the main payment

Stayed with kids in a nice basic 4 person house...the kids loved the fact they have the second floor alone with a desperate bathroom.
Bathrooms and toilets very very basic.
Living room and dinning area very comfortable and welcoming.
If your are looking for star trips with a good location to walibi , Geithoorn...a very good option.
The kids loved the place !!!
