“Fresh, fresh, fresh pastries with friendly service”
Reviewed 22 July 2012

This bakery and cafe is topnotch. The service is very friendly and patient to ensure you are satisfied. The pastries, cakes and cookies are not only beautiful to look at, but always fresh and tasty. The Best Banana Cake they sell by the slice...truly is! They offer a nice selection of sandwiches and salads to enjoy in their busy shop or for a take away. The coffee is imported from Vienna and excellent. During the holidays they make many speciality items which are a real treat.

“Yum :)”
Reviewed 14 May 2012

The prettiest and tastiest cakes on the northshore. And cookies that always bring a smile. And sandwiches, salads and soups that never disappoint. A little noisy at lunch time but it's not surprising that this great spot packs them in.

“One of my favorites”
Reviewed 22 December 2011

This is a great place whether you're looking to have a breakfast pastry (croissant/quiche/muffin) with Julius Meinl coffee, or a nice lunch, and they have such a vast array of sandwiches and soups. My favorites are the roasted veggie, chicken artichoke, and tuna nicoise salad. Their tomato soup is quite delicious as well, and then of course their are their pastries, which are oozing with butter. Some of my favorites: chocolate macaroons, malted chocolate chip cookies, lavender shortbread cookies, and pear tart. You can order cakes/pies ahead of time. During their summer, they have a great selection of fruit pies (apple/cherry)
