Nice new hotel. Just not in my best interest to return to a place that seems unconcerned with an immediate refund of two extra nights charged to my account. Poor customer service on the telephone. Corporate office not much better. They seemed to place responsibility on the hotel staff. The usual blame game. One manager at the hotel was accomodating but unapologetic, as if to say, these things happen. Perhaps one needs Platinum membership to receive a
proportionate level of customer service.
