This visitor center had not only a number of very large pieces of machinery, but former employees were there to answer questions and provide interesting information. The tour begins inside a replica of a huge machine used in mining. That, in and or itself, was fascinating. There are hands-on exhibits, simulators and machines you can climb into as well as many displays. Sometimes the long descriptions and pictures can be overwhelming, but pick and choose and there is plenty to see for all ages. We spent 2 very informative and enjoyable hours there.
