Jim's ribs are the best. The ribs are lovingly hickory smoked for hours (probably days, it seems, or as long as it takes for perfection). Jim's sauce is the real deal. Jim's sauce is like a fine bordeaux that has aged just long enough to be excellent. Be aware, these are not your soggy, fall-off-the-bone Carson's type ribs. Jim's ribs are substantial. Filled with flavor, filled with body and filled with pleasure. If you are a rib aficionado, then you gotta try Jim's Ribs!
