From Montreal Canada; family of 4 and stayed here for 4 nights. We came here to visit the village my dad was born and we did spend too much time in the apartment itself as we were with family most of the time we were there. The apartment did provide all the basic necessities and was very clean; had a small kitchen with fridge, stove top, utensils, & dishware.
Although there was no A/C, a the apartment stayed sufficiently cool; mosquito nets on the windows could have helped as would have left windows open longer and more frequently.
Maria Antonietta greeted us on our arrival and even left delicious(!) cake for us one evening when arrived back from dinner one night.
Depending on the nature of your stay, would certainly recommend to stay here.
