“Great stay”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 March 2014

This was our first time at New Leaf farm. We stayed in the seed shed which was excellent for 2 people. The cottages has all that you require, its clean and well equipped . Ideal for visiting bath and surrounding areas.

This was our first stay in a cottage and we were very happy with our choice. The Sheep Shed pictures online do not do it any justice it is far better. The bedrooms are spacious with the most comfy beds. The lounge kitchen and diner all provide plenty of room and everything you need just like being at home. We managed to walk into Bath along the canal easily but also as a base to visit other places. I would happily recommend this location to friends.

Stayed in Cow Byre for 3 months over winter. Nice clean comfy cottage with good furniture and fittings, outdoor space, plus wifi and TV. Nice helpful owners. Good heating. A very pleasant quiet place to stay. In walking distance of a good pub.

Family of 4, two small boys aged 5 & 3yrs. October half term holiday. When we go on holiday we want somewhere at least as nice as your own home, and this place ticked that box. The quality of the finish in the Sheep Shed meant not only first impressions were great but the whole week long you found yourself admiring and appreciating all the thoughtful touches these barn conversions have been given. A job well done, we were delighted with our choice of accommodation. Look no further.

This place is just fantastic brand new beautifully decorated and furnished with all you could ever want in a holiday home with greet parking when we arrived a welcome pack of fresh butter eggs and milk all locally sourced spotlessly clean , cosy and comfy it was such a pleasure to stay we didn't want to leave the attention to detail is amazing we stayed in the three bed apartment and was so impressed we wanted to book the bigger apartment for the whole family for Christmas but it's sadly all booked we speaks for itself and is booked for many months to come but we shall keep trying as we are desperate to go back congratulations to the owners you got it so right I truly have nothing negative to say even the location is lovely situated on a farm at the front and pretty views at the rear of the property its just 10 mins outside bath city so you have all amenities close by with plenty to do a real pleasure to stay

We stayed 6 nights in The Stables with our three kids. Everything was clean and convenient, and Steve was very helpful if we needed anything. The hot water setting for the bathroom is very hot, so be careful of the hot metal with kids, and you might bring a few dvd's (UK) if you want any on hand, but it was a great location from which to see Bath and Wales. Be aware that the most convenient way in and out of the village is a really annoying toll bridge, so you have to go through town if you don't want to pay, and traffic in Bath is often bad. Just FYI.
