My family and I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of April. The staff was amazing....very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which is a great option for a large family. Our room was larger than we expected and very clean. The free continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. We were expecting the usual baked goods, cereal, and juice, but were pleasantly surprised by the options available. My boys indulged on eggs, potatoes, ham, sausage, and breakfast burritos over our 2-day stay. The hotel manager came around both mornings during breakfast and checked in with each family. I thought this was a great personal touch. Our boys were unable to use the pool because it was being shocked, so she set up for them to use the pool at the Marriott hotel next door. They also serve free "happy hour" snacks in the evening. We did not try them, but were told by the staff, and the menu was posted in our room. The wi-fi easily connected, and worked great. This location is right next door to IKEA, and a short drive (less than 5 minutes) away from Woodfield Mall. The only reason I didn't rate it a 5 was the price. It was quite a bit more expensive than other local hotels, but was one of the only ones that offered a 2 bedroom suite. We would definitely stay here again due to the phenomenal service and great location.
