It was a bit breezy, but this didnt spoil the nice walk we had along the lovely
Ainsdale beach with beautiful views.
I love my visits to Ainsdale Beach its a nice beach that is clean and its the best beach in Southport. I love seeing the waves lapping on the beach and get the sea air in my lungs. The sand is a brown not a golden colour which is a shame.
The downside is they allow cars onto the beach and some times people don't drive safely and you get joy riders on the beach. I have seen it first hand myself. But however its a great to allow cars onto the beach means that everyone can enjoy the beach and it means elderly and families don't have to park and walk miles to get to the beach. I would highly recommend a visit to Ainsdale Beach.
Fab beach, very clean, barrier was down so couldn’t drive into beach. Had a lovely stroll with my dog. Only problem was it was too far to walk to the sea!
Lovely beach, visited here in October so was a little cold however great beach!
Places to park although I could imagine this would fill quickly in summer time
Lots of people walking dogs
Would visit again
It's a nice beach, not the best i've been to in the area but if you go on a sunny day it's a great place to spend some time.
The approach to the beach is very run down with a number of derilict buildings & Pontins Camp which looked neglected. Aloso somewhat expensive to prk on the beach with no facilities.
