Great location, lovely staff and a great experience. From the moment we arrived we where made to feel welcome, the staff couldnt do enough for us. The hotel is nicely located for places to visit. And finally you cant beat a Premier Breakfast.

I get the distinct impression the staff are really trying hard to please. Mostly they are getting there, it is what it's is. But more than I expected. If you are in a hurry give it a try, hope you like it. We were not disappointed. We were not ecstatic either but hey? Oh, don't miss the Alpaca's in the field behind the car park, soooo cute!

We stayed two nights Sunday and Monday in this hotel in room 15 on the first floor
The staff were friendly and hotel in lovely country location the room was quiet even with window open
We had Sunday lunch in the hotel restaurant and stay were attentive and food ok
Breakfast following morning ok
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well with no noise at all
The room appeared clean
We were given a bath towel each but only one hand towel between two of us
The toilet paper dispenser was not refilled and we had to request for a toilet roll
There was no hand soap in dispenser and no soap in room
The hot water was only Luke warm
I reported these issues to receptionist on duty on Monday
Unfortunately both my wife and I suffered upset stomachs all day Monday

Out of town location is excellent, Reception staff Denise & Garry were friendly and extremely helpful during our stay.

Our room was on the ground floor, only criticism is creaking upstairs floorboards heard whenever occupiers overhead moved around - next time we will phone ahead to request a First Floor room!

The staff in the adjoining restaurant were also very helpful, breakfast was good and served with a smile!

Room Tip: Request a First Floor Room if available .... we were told Rooms 16 & 17 are the best!

We were pleasantly surprised with a very comfortable room, evening meal and plentiful breakfast. First time staying at a Premier Inn - for our requirements we were impressed! Friendly, helpful staff too.

My wife and I with another couple arrived at Harmer Hill Premier Inn on the afternoon of the 15th May 2014 for a one night stay. We were greeted by a charming young lady, who incidentally had a very nice sense of humour. Both of our rooms were on the ground floor which unfortunately meant that we could hear every footstep a very heavy footed person in the room above made. Apart from that the room was excellent in every respect. The staff were very friendly and good at their jobs and the hotel is in good condition and well maintained throughout and is sited amongst lovely Shropshire countryside. To sum the hotel up nothing was wrong with it and it pleased in every respect, although the CCTV coverage in the car park could be better. I would suggest you park your vehicle's from the centre of the car park and towards the road. All in all the hotel was good in every aspect. I was a little perturbed after booking for the meal deal as I later read that the restaurant had some bad reviews, but we found the restaurant and staff very good in all aspects, the food was nice, the price very good and the staff as friendly and efficient as the hotel staff. Again I would have no hesitation in staying there again or heartily recommending the hotel and restaurant to friends. Another excellent stay at a Premier Inn at an agreeable price

Room Tip: Heavy footsteps from the room above could clearly be heard in our room on the ground floor, if you a...
