On the positive side, they have quite a few different ice cream flavors to choose from. Vanilla, cake batter, strawberry, cheesecake, chocolate, etc., I wish they had little sample cups so I could have tried a taste of 1 or 2 before committing to a flavor. On the negative side the topping bar had a lot of toppings, but they looked old. The oreos were not crushed, they were ground down to dust. The reeces peanut butter cups were all clumped together and the spoon was caked with chocolate and had candy stuck to it (when was this last washed?!), the waffle cone bits tasted a bit stale, etc., The atmosphere of the place is also a little strange, it looks old and run down. It wasn't the cute ice cream shop I had been picturing.
My ice cream was good -- but I might try a different place in Wheaton next time, there are quite a few to choose from. My husband didn't even try the ice cream because he wanted a cone and they only have cups.
