“Not impressed”
Reviewed 27 September 2012

Went here ordered a sandwich and they must have forgotten the meat. I actually complained to the company about this visit. Very disappointing. I hope they stop scrimping on their "gourmet" sandwic.....bread

“Wasn't customer friendly this day.”
Reviewed 14 December 2011

Jimmy Johns is new here in Zion at this location. My husband and his sister had the sandwiches and said they were really good. They were doing a craft show and asked if I'd go and pick up some sandwiches for them. I walked in and was not greeted. I was not asked for here or to go and I was not aware I had to go towards the back of the business to pick up the food. Then the sandwiches were simply pushed across the counter to me. No thank you.. NOTHING. I had to ask for a bag and for napkins. For being a brand new establishment in town, I would think they would be a little more friendly and customer oriented. I haven't tried one of their sandwiches personally and I just might not ever. The parking area was a challenge and their customer service sucked. Who needs that?
