Very good location for individual travellers - bus (also from and to the airport = line X96) and tram stops just in front of the hotel. Quick tram connection to the centre of Athens (40 min.) and to the Piraeus (30 min.) . Friendly staff, good breakfast and room service. Free WIFI is available only by the reception.Hotel is divided only by the road from the beach. The only problem that I feel is the noise coming from the all night heavy traffic. Food shop 30m from the hotel. The roof pool was still closed.

Room Tip: Room with sea view.

We enjoyed a one night stay at this hotel before going onto our sailing trip. Great hotel with a pool and bar on the roof top with great views. The pool closes coming into the evening but the bar stays opens. Great frozen Margaritas! Great value for money with 2 connecting rooms including breakfast and very close to Alimos Marina. The restaurant was across the road situated on the beach with great views. Overall great hotel, clean friendly and helpful staff. Nothing bad to say and would definitely stay here again.

The ever friendly and professional Aggeliki at the front desk upgraded me to the top floor sea view. It was a real treat to sit in the tub and watch the sun set on the sea. Thanks for the experience!

Breakfast buffet has changed in the past year. Still good value but less choice in fresh fruit and baked goods. They keep the hot food hot. Thanks!

Great location.

Food. Little grocery store next door.

On the street with the tram, two streets down, you will find a very reasonable cafeteria Proton next door to the big grocery store that's closed. Great food!

Thanks to the hotel staff for a great place. If it didn't have the road noise it would be perfect.

It is really a very nice hotel on the seafront with beautiful views! the staff is very kind. In the pool you can drink your drink in a romantic table. The only negative is that it has not large parking. For food not know becouse I did not eat there.

A nice hotel to stay in Athens. The location is about 15mins drive from the center of the city, in the great coastal area of Paleo Faliro. The area is crowded but usually you can find a free parking space in the streets around.
If you choose to stay in one of the front rooms, the sea-view is magnificent but be aware of the noise coming from the main avenue. We didn't bother but the doorwindows should be much more sound-proof. Our doorwindow also didn't lock properly. Everything else in the spacious room was as it supposed to be (small refrigerator, bathroom) although the whole room could be decorated a little more: a big wall was too empty and could be benefited by a framed picture or painting.
The morning breakfast was very rich, equal or even better when compared to other 4 or 5-star hotels in Athens. The staff was really nice and helpful, doing the extra mile to make you feel "at home" and prooving the great Greek hospitability.
All in all, a great place to stay if you don't want to stay in the center and the price is just right. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Rooms in the front have the best view but also are the most noisy. Try to get a room at the highest...

As the hotel is on the busy main road, with no parking, we had to circle round and round the back streets to find an empty space to park the car.Found out later that most guests park in the marina further along the road, on the opposite side.
No wi fi in the room but you can access the internet in the bar area downstairs.
As usual, no tea making facilities in the room.
Comfortable room, friendly staff.

Travelled here as part of a mid-range package with Transat Holidays in August 2008. Excellent location as you can choose to have downtime across the street on the beach or take the tram to the downtown to see the main sights. Keep in mind of course this is NOT the beach you came to Greece to see, but still good for some downtime in between seeing the sights. The rooftop bar and pool is very cute and excellent to spend some time. Breakfast is very satisfying with many many choices and of course thick, Greek coffee no complaints there at all. Front desk was nice enough to supply an electrical converter at no charge after we had misplaced ours. All in all very convenient mid-range hotel where you will likely not be disappointed. If you have high room expectations you will find them a bit small, with hard matresses (2 matresses pushed together to make a larger bed which seems to be the norm in this country?) and the shower is a round shower bar and curtain only but these things did not bother us.
Bottom Line: if you want to stay in a very clean, affordable room in a great location to a beach, cheap and easy transportation to the airport and the Plaka and you don’t need a fancy room just a respectable one, this place is for you. If you are staying more than a few nights at the beginning and/or end of your tour though I would probably look for a place located more centrally to save yourself the daily travel time.
