When there are only ten people in a restaurant, how can anyone lose a customer's order? Twice at Zoup we have had our order messed up by discombobulated servers, but last night was the worst. My son and I ordered sandwiches and soup. at the time, there were two other tables of customers who already had their food. We were the only people in the line. After ordering, we went to our table to wait. Two more groups came in and ordered after we did. When we noticed that those groups got their food before we did, I went the counter to ask about our food. The server pointed to two sandwiches sitting on the prep table and said, "We wondered whose sandwiches these were." Since the sandwiches had grown cold, they offered to remake them. That was nice, but it took over twenty minutes to get our food.
The soup, sandwiches, and salads at Zoup are good, but the service we experienced was unbelievably bad.
