“Best midwest ballpark”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

With all the naysayers regarding the Fort Wayne downtown ballpark.....they pulled out all the stops. It is a fabulous place and worth a visit even if you don't like baseball. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is unbeatable.

“Big Ballpark Feel at a Hometown Price”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 April 2014

This is a great stadium, in a great location. Food vendors provide quality stuff, and things are reasonably priced. Tickets are incredibly reasonable. They do a great job at keeping attendance up, which adds to the feel.

“Like Baseball?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 March 2014

This is a baseball park that serves food and drinks ranging from the usual ball park fair to gourmet. They have play areas and rock climbing for the children. Some of the seats are under cover and some are not, but they are all pretty good seats.

“It is a home run!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 March 2014

I recently attended a business luncheon at Parkview Field and was impressed with the spread they put on for us. This ball park is an absolute class act for Fort Wayne and they pride themselves on the food they provide not only during venues of this type, but at ballgames as well.

My experience has been that half the enjoyment of going to the ballgames is sampling some of the offerings they have in terms of food. The whole flair of this park revolves around the Johnny Appleseed story, so apple type treats are always an offering.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue, even if baseball isn't up your alley!

“Great ballpark..perfect for family outings!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 January 2014

This ballpark is located in downtown Fort Wayne. There is parking available in a pay to park garage and pay to park lots. Ticket prices are reasonable, food prices a little high. Park is completely handicap accessible. There are activities like a climbing wall ( for a fee ) . Every game has a theme and there are wonderful firework shows post-game on many nights which are worth staying to watch. If you go to an evening game, choose the 3rd base side so that, as the sun sets, it isn't in your eyes. Don't miss the Bad Apple Dancers ( grounds crew that does some choreographed infield sprucing up!). And don't forget the baseball, too! Great fun for the whole baseball loving family.
