The beds are actually pretty comfy...they need to have a better handle on the breakfast rush on the weekends. The Mexican restaurant was horrible. We ordered nachos and got maybe 10 chips. We called back and asked to speak to a manager and there wasn't even one on duty! The hotel was not worth 113$ for on night.

This was an acceptable motel. Older style motel with exterior doors. Cleanliness was good. Our room used to be a smoking room. It didn't bother us really but you could tell. Microwave, safe, and fridge included. Breakfast was average with plenty of seating. My biggest complaint is probably the size of the rooms. They just aren't that big. Ceiling height in the bathroom area is about 6'6". This place was certainly nothing to write home about but we would stay there again if the nicer places were booked up like they were when we were in town.

I stayed there for a week for a Regional Baseball Tournament in a town close by. Hotel Managers Jennifer & Scott were very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card, Scott addressed the issue and was polite and courteous in doing so. Trust me, Scott did not have to do what he did, but he went out of his way to help me out. The other staff I had contact with was pleasant and professional. The two rooms I reserved were clean upon arrival and were kept clean by staff the entire week of my stay. No issues with air conditioner, tv, shower, etc. Pool, hot tub and grounds were very clean and maintained as well. Breakfast was good, no omelets, but hey what do you expect - it was a continental breakfast... LOL. Seriously, great place to stay. Keep your expectations in line with reality. You can stay at the Hyatt and still expect noise if the people staying in the next room are a noisy bunch. It's a hotel, not your home. I'd stay again and would recommend.

We were very limited in the choices of hotels due to a softball tournament. This place was ok, but in the future if we stay here, we will NOT be coming during peak Holiday World season and definitely NOT the last weekend in July nor the first weekend in August. My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. We had wanted to stay in French Lick or Jasper to accommodate our plans, but neither of those were available. We were able to hear every single door slam as this is a hotel that has the doors open to the outside (I try to avoid those hotels at all costs for that reason), we heard every time when someone was showering, we heard all of the conversations outside as well as all of the screaming kids who seemed to have absolutely no respect for the other guests in the hotel. The room was clean and smelled fresh upon entering and the showers were hot. We payed way too much money for the quality of both the hotel and the room. Very overpriced.

Clean, good value, good breakfast. Desk and breakfast room attendants were efficient and friendly. Nice pool. Older but met all our needs! Full of happy families using wading pool, hot tub and pool. Easy drive to Holiday World.

Very noisy place but have yet to find one in this area while staying for our annual Holiday World trip that hasn't been filled with families with noisy adults and kids. Outside is rather dated looking, but our room had nice furniture, was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Great deal on the price was the plus! Booked it during a 15% sale on Travelocity so averaged about 90 a night including tax. Doubles had full size beds, wish they were queens. Pool and on site restaurant okay. Just wish we didn't have to open our door at 2 am and ask people to keep it down. Breakfast area very crowded since everyone tends to get there at once prior to leaving for the park. They hustled to keep things stocked. Okay selection. So, summing it up, most of the negative issues were due to type and actions of fellow travelers rather than the hotel.

Stayed while at Holiday World. Room was clean and the desk clerk very nice but not worth $103 for the night. Hotel is quite dated. The Mexican restaurant on site was good and it was nice that they give you 10% discount if you are staying at the hotel. Breakfast was not great, the only thing we liked were the waffles.

Room Tip: If you need quiet it's best to ask for a room away from the pool.
