My wife and I were in town for a quick weekend trip and have a new favorite hotel chain. Everything about this Drury Inn and Suites was fantastic. From the smiling desk clerk who greeted us upon our arrival, until our checkout, everything was perfect. We booked an oversized king room, and expecting just a larger hotel room, we were thrilled to find a room with separate sitting area, 2 TV's, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The best part of the stay was the e-saver rate that makes this hotel a real bargain. Less than 15 minutes from downtown, this is a great place to stay. I will definitely be back.

Their slogan is "extras are not extra". However there were problems with the basics. For example the heater went on and off all night making it harder to sleep. Cleanliness could have been better, I found a strange hair on out sheets. There were no free cocktails as advertised , I did stay on the night of January 1st, but I should have been told there would be no alcohol served. There was alot of road noise as hotel is next to the x-way. Lastly, the remote wouldn't work unless you were up and 3 feet from the T.V.
On the plus side all of the employees were super nice and the hotel was basically clean. The hot breakfast was great and evening snacks were good. The pool was freezing cold but that's expected in January. Location was good for quick access to downtown.

We always look for Drury Inn and Suites wherever we travel. This particular one was about 20 minutes from downtown Indianapolis, but well worth the drive. The person at the front desk, Ebony, was very welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good too. I recommend this hotel.

We had 3 rooms for our stay. The King Suite was spacious, and easy to have privacy, or entertain in the living area. The Handicapped suite was also spacious, with easy access to shelving, and safety in the bath. The regular, 2 queen room was clean, and comfortable. All rooms were very quiet. The lobby was welcoming, and the breakfast was more than a continental style. I will stay at this hotel again!

As a frequent business traveler, I had amassed enough points in the Drury Gold Key frequent guest program to stay 2 free nights in Indianapolis while in town for the Colts/Patriots game. This hotel is very new, very fresh, well-designed, well-staffed, well-positioned convenient to the interstate and close to downtown Indy (approx 12 miles). The room was a 2-room suite with a sitting area with two chairs (1 recliner, 1 with ottoman) positioned in front of a flat screen TV. The living area had a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was all tile, spacious and spotlessly clean. The bedroom also had a flat screen TV, desk, chest and comfortable king bed. The hot breakfast was good but service was a little spotty. The eating area is small and was crowded on this particular weekend. The afternoon happy hour is great with 3 free drinks and snacks.

Prior to last year, I had never stayed at a Drury Hotel. However, on a recommendation from a friend at work, I began staying at the Drury Plaza and Drury Inn & Suites in San Antonio, Texas. Even as a relatively new customer to the Drury chain of hotels - I'm fast-becoming a big fan.
