Great park, stay and fly. Shuttle was on time with a very friendly driver. The pick-up and return was excellent as well. We waited about 5-10 minutes for the shuttle and we were taken right to our car.

I ended up staying here when my flight was cancelled due to some bad weather at home. Last year, I stayed at the Hampton Inn right next to this hotel and decided to stay here this time since it had the restaurant in the building.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are nice. Having a restaurant with a bar in the hotel is great when you have had a long day of traveling. The food is nothing special but I'd rather have average food than wander around trying to figure out a place that delivers. Best thing about the hotel is the free shuttle to the airport. They picked me up promptly from the airport and were able to accommodate me when I needed a last minute ride very early in the morning back to the airport. Both shuttle drivers were really nice and helpful.

Since I left the hotel so early, I didn't need to worry about breakfast but if I was leaving later in the morning, I would probably stay at the Hampton Inn over the Hilton Garden Inn. It's was the same price and includes breakfast and the rooms are basically identical. You can easily walk over to the Hilton Garden Inn for dinner/drinks or take their free shuttle if you don't want to walk. However, I had a great stay here and would stay again if the Hampton Inn was full.

Thank you for the detailed review of our Hotel and services. I am sorry you did not notice the large differences in the rooms. All of our rooms are equipped with microwaves and refrigerators, Keurig coffe makers, Garden Sleep system adjustable beds and several other upgraded items. Our restaurant and lounge serves excellent food and nightly specials sure to please most anyone. We do appreciate your business and hope you have a great week.

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn locations in multiple US cities and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the consistency and courtesy I have come to expect whenever I book a room there. Whether I am traveling or reserving a room for a friend or relative locally, Hilton Garden Inn is always my first choice.

Really nice room. I was able to upgrade to a suite that was very nice. Room was extremely clean and felt like no one had ever stayed in it. Having a bar in the hotel was nice but a little pricey for one beer. Overall a nice stay and if I am in the area again, I will stay there again.

Best hotel experience i have had in a long time. Late night food was so-so. The staff was very positive and professional. Rooms were quite nice. Seems like the management pays attention to details and focuses on customer satisfaction.

All around great hotel to stay, great brand all over. I recommend finding Hilton's on your travels and make your reservations. You will be very happy you did so. Clean, Fast service, great shuttle service, best staff ever.

Finished my meetings and drove to Indy to minimize the drive the next morning. The hotel was great, room service was excellent (Cajun Catfish) and you are about 10 minutes away from the airport. The room was very nice and as always the bed was perfect.
