This place is great with the retractable roof option.
Staff abundant and dedicated to keeping it clean!
Unfortunately the acoustics aren't wonderful for a concert.
We still had a great time but because the roof was closed and the concert was awesome!

I went to the Kenny Chesney/Tim McGraw concert at Lucas Oil Stadium last night and was very disappointed in the sound and seating.
I have been to concerts in many different venues and I have to say, this was the worst venue for seating. There are no "good" seats at this stadium...no matter where you were, you were too far from the stage. We were in section 232 which are great seats for a football game or other sporting event but not for a concert! I also had friends that were seating on the floor and they were not happy either.
The stadium is so large that all the sounds echo. I could not understand one word that was spoken when Kenny or Tim were trying to talk. If I didn't already know the words to the songs, I wouldn't have had any idea what they were singing!

Bottom line....give up trying to have concerts here! Stick to football!!

This is the worst investment deal the citizens have ever made. Jim Irsay should be embarrassed to take so much out and put nothing in (Sorry the $100,000,000 you charged us for breaking your old contract does not count as an investment) Can't stand knowing my grandkids will be paying for a rich boy's free house!

This is a very nice stadium. Very big and roomy. Great "bud light" zone with bars and bar tables that look out over a great view of the city. Of course, the stadium opens for open-air play too. Very fun!
