This is a gem of urban planning, with residential units and offices mixed with hotel, universities, museums and public art, all lining a canal. People rent boats, bike or stroll along either side of the canal, beside ducks and fountains, with attractive pedestrian bridges crossing every half mile or so. This is a wonderfully executed public space. Congrats to the planners that envisioned it!
