My wife and I stayed here for one night while driving through Indianapolis. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly. She quoted us a room rate and was unwilling to give us any further discounts, so we went online and booked the room through Priceline and saved $50. La Quinta needs to better train their employees on how to give better customer service and have flexibility in negotiating room rates.
We found it very strange that there were two La Quintas located very close to each other. This became a bit confusing.
The sink stopper did not work. The bathroom was small and dated but the shower did have plenty of hot water and pressure. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Free parking.More
