Loved the ride through the park. Much nicer than walking. We covered more ground in less time. Thank you, Wheel Fun Rentals.

We walked along the central canal and came to White river state park . They're nice sculptures and contemporary arts along the bridge. There're people playing piano and singing in a group at the park entrance. It's nice atmosphere and fun to hang around. We're there till sunset. It's so beautiful and make you feel calm. Just come and enjoy the simplicity. It's free for everybody. Most of all, I feel safe there.

Miles of lush green lawn, a beautiful river and a very cool walking area around some nice buildings and a small canal. Add in biking, boats and lots of outdoor activities , along with an excellent location and you get yourself 5 stars!

Attended the Daughtry/3 Doors Down Concert. This was our first visit to the park. It looked like a beautiful park and a lot of things to do, but we came for the concert. We had reserved seats and paid a pretty penny! Imagine our shock when we arrived and found rows of tiny beach chairs strapped together in tight rows! The seats were almost impossible for normal-sized people to get in and out of and very uncomfortable for people with normal length legs! There was no way anyone could walk down the aisles to get to and from their "seats." They had these chairs available for those that paid the much reduced price for the "lawn" view which seemed reasonable, but to provide these same chairs for those that paid for the reserved seats is far from reasonable!
The concert was awesome...and we were lucky that we only felt a few drops of rain. We were thrilled with the show, don't get me wrong, but the venue left a lot to be desired! How dare they??
The other issue was the parking. The young men at the drive did not seem to have a clue where we were supposed to park for handicapped. They sent us to a garage, which we had no idea how far it was from the actual concert (not close, by the way) The signage was minimal if any. We had to wonder around to try to even locate a handicap space, and once we parked we had no clue where we were to go! There were three ways out, and the signs said "canal", Imax and White River State Park. What does that mean to a first time visitor? There was not indication as to what "level" we were on, where one goes to get to the concert, or anything. We had to walk (handicap, remember?) around asking people where we should go! This beautiful park should at the very least have signs and directions for the first time visitor!!
