They probably serve some of the best pizza in town. The crust is neither too thin or too thick and a good balance between crunch and chewy. They specialize in wood oven pizzas and unique flavor combinations. Nothing is too crazy (though some may suggest pecans are extreme). They utilize local ingredients (Lick ice cream is served, as well as Smoking Goose). The service has always been fast and courteous. If you want a crazy amount of toppings, either A) go to some chain or B) eat a casserole, not a pizza. I love how the toppings don't fall off because of gluttonous excess. You can taste all of the flavors of the sauce, crust and seasonings.
If you like a good salad, get their house salad. They give you an ample supply of veggies and their Italian gorgonzola dressing is yummy. Normally, pizza places give you a sad little plate of wilted greens and a tomato, but they serve a great sized bowl full of goodies.
We either go there or order from there regularly. Seriously, one of the call-takers recognized the voice and got the name correct.
