“Fun, friendly, unique neighborhood spot.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 December 2010

We live a few blocks away, and found this awesome little restaurant when we moved to the neighborhood in July. We've been there 4 times now and have always left impressed with how fresh and tasty the food is and with the friendliness of the employees (and other customers for that matter). Two people can get a huge amazing breakfast for under $20. Great value and an awesome breakfast buffet on weekends! Service is quick too.

“Very good old time restaurant”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 September 2010

The food is great but you had better be hungry. They give you a little to much to eat like the three quarter lb tenderloin. It is a monster. They need a little more room but I don't know that it might take away from the atmosphere. BTW the waitress is very "cute"

“Great 40's & 50's fun food!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 17 July 2009

This restaurant has great 50's food including huge, delicious fried and grilled tenderloin sandwiches (central Indiana's comfort food!) Their service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is perfect for a 50's diner with the all the space on the ceiling and walls covered with 40's and 50's artifacts, many authentic. They even sport a "quarantine" sign for a home with illness! It is a small restaurant, not for large groups.

I don't dispute the experience of the first reviewer, but having been there several times and knowing that it has been in business for many years, I think that such an event would be the exception rather than the norm.

“Avoid Rock-Cola Like the plague!”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 September 2008

They short-changed me $20. Nothing I could say could convince them of their mistake! They acted like I was trying to cheat them. They are thieves! Avoid them like the plague.
