Being not much of a spicy-hot food fan, the only Tex-Mex dish I ever order is a Chimichanga. I've had them at chains and mom & pop Mexican restaurants, and they are NEVER very spicy. Got one at Grindstone's and it was so hot it hurt! I took two bites, shoved the plate back & asked to have the meal replaced. I was refused by both the waitress and a snippy little nite manager. This was several years back and I have not set foot in their door since.
