The hotel is very well placed within downtown Indianapolis, with access to many other facilities through overhead walkways. The International Convention Centre is connected to the 2nd floor through an overhead walkway. Access to the Circle Centre Mall and a number of other downtown restaurants and shopping facilities is also available through the Convention Centre. There is a full service restaurant on the 2nd floor within the hotel (Shula's) with an NFL, Miami Dolphin's theme. The pool is a reasonable size but shallow throughout all its depth. There is a hot tub in the pool area as well. The pool and hot tub are handicap accessible. The work out facility has a number of pieces of equipment including free weights. There is also a towel service available in those areas. The Wi-Fi is strong in all areas of the hotel with free log on for up to 3 devices while you are a guest or event participant at the hotel. The rooms are reasonably large with your choice of King, Queen or double beds, couch, desk several chairs, refrigerator, and full TV service. In theater movies are available for $17.99 each. A single criticism of the hotel would be the size and layout of the washroom, as the toilet, shower and sink are in line behind the door making manoeuvring in an out of the room challenging, especially if someone else is in there. Overall the staff and service personnel were very helpful and accommodating for all our needs. There is free internet in the lobby with printers available to produce any hard copy documents, i.e. boarding passes, or receipts. A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful and reasonably safe City. From a "Green" perspective, immediately outside the hotel in a number of street parking locations there are electric cars (Blue Indy) available to rent and tour the city for a reasonable price. A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful, progressive and reasonably safe City.
