The hotel worked very hard to accomodate our group of over 50 people. We were very happy to have met Frank Green, a Sheraton employee, who was friendly and very helpful. People like Frank make traveling a pleasure.

The staff at this hotel, especially the ladies at the front desk and Frank Green who drives the hotel's shuttle and helps people with luggage at the front door, are phenomenal.

Hotel property is oddly situated, but attached to places for food and drink, convenient to downtown L-ville and cool view of the city.

It was great to stay in this hotel. The staff was great, always smiling and greeting you. Whether we were going out or coming back they always treat us well. Ryan greets us the first day and she made sure from that moment we were taking care of. Thanks for a great stayed and a great vacation. This hotel is great!!!!

Stayed two nights over July 4th weekend. Public areas and room were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Good location for exploring the Falls of the Ohio state park. Out of sheer laziness we at at the Bristol restaurant three times. The food and prices were pretty good for a hotel restaurant, and the wine list is actually really varied and decent. The restaurant is also the perfect location for viewing Louisville's fireworks, which were fired from a barge in the river directly across from the Sheraton.

The only downsides - Bed felt a little like it might be time to change out the mattress - found myself rolling toward the middle more than I wanted. Due to limited availability we were given a wheelchair-accessible room - and the setup for the roll-in shower left a little to be desired. We would have liked a bathtub. The water in the shower never fully drained, and it had a tendency to flood the bathroom floor if the showerhead wasn't pointing toward the wall.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. This hotel is conveniently located right across Kentucky bridge. Parking was great. We were going to stay at the Galt House in Kentucky, but had to make changes at the last minute. I have no regrets...the staff at the Sheraton was great and surrounded by some great restaurants. The only downside would be that the rooms are a little small and there were no nearby shopping boutiques. If I had to do it over again I would. A special thanks to Mr. Frank Green who assisted us during our stay!

This hotel was a really wonderful place to stay. The staff was always very courteous and helpful - desk clerk even printed my boarding pass for me. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy access to I65. There were a variety of nice places to eat near the hotel. The area had historic charm and a view of the Louisville skyline and river.

When pulling up to the hotel we thought what did we get ourselves in to. The outside of the hotel really looked bad and run down. However when we walked inside is was all new, very tacky modern, but new. The girl at the front desk was very freindly, but a little slow. I dont know about others but when I get to a hotel I want to check in and be done with it, not have a 20 minute conversation with the clerk.
The rooms were clean but nothing special, like a Holiday inn or Hampton Inn. The bed was hard and they had down pillows which I hate so I cant comment. The bathroom was horribly small. You can barely get in and close the door at the same time. Also do not go to this hotel expecting a river view. Whatever genious decided to build this hotel did it sideways so you would have to stick your head out the window and crane it to see the river. There are 4 or 5 restaurants to eat at withing walking distance. Dont bother with the hotel restaurant. It was overpriced and nothing special. There were two tables being used on a Saturday at 7:00, if this is any indication.
Also this hotel is not in Louisville, it is accross the river. You could walk accross the bridge to Louisville but it seems awfully far and not very safe. Overall I would probably not go back to this hotel unless nessesary. But if you have no other choice it is fine.
