bad location, not clean we found bugs at bath room!
very very impolite staff, we have bad experiance of this hotel,
never never recommended.

Most Economical Hotel with limited services . Most amazing was that they don't have any paid channels on TV . It was cheap normally cost Rs 3K per night but a 5 Star with 3K prices beware
of services . Its more of a hotel for marriges and party . I was there for one night .
Even Water is self branded . Only good thing is that pure vegetrian . Food was good though service was as bad as possible . couldn't make wifi work also .
Though i m a Gold level Carlson member , still they didn't bother .

the hotel is not from any angle five star. it should be downgraded to one star. first thing you should know is that hotel is pure veg so big NO for non Veg ppl. there seem to be more staff in the hotel than the customers bt the prob with such large staff is that you have to convey to point/request to so many ppl. you tell something to the staff , it doesnt get done u come back n see the staff has changed n they have no clue wat u told them. staff only seems coperative bt are actually not. very casual for a five star. donot value customers.i wouldnt suggest anybody to stay at this place.specially for faujis..

I am the member of countryinn sahibabaad past 4 yrs through the PRESTEGE CLUB.....
The staff is so rude and thy didnt adjst with you in any ways.
Every month dffrt rules and regulations....
ZERO hospitality level..
And when i sent a mail till today i didnt got any reply from the hotel's side.
Stay away from this terrible hotel....and the membership of it. Its waste of ur time money and energy....
You will loose ur temper thats all u get from that hotel...

Thanks to this hotel, I decided to create an account on trip advisor so that I can share my experience with others! My one night complimentary stay was completely ruined because of series of incidents happened.

As a part of the Prestige club, one should feel privileged but on the contrary you feel like a walk in guest who has no option but to stay here! From the time of check in, you feel as if the Prestige Club is of some other hotel and Country Inn has no relation with it. Even after booking the rooms 1 week in advance, you are given what is left, it doesn't matter what your priority room is since the hotel will say rooms are booked with Prestige club employees. So finally after 30mins you check in to your room only to find empty mini bar as they forgot to refill the room but had the rate list there!

Decided to order quick snacks.. After 45mins I gota pang of hunger and realised the food isn't there, called up the room service to hear "the order takes time, your order isn't the only we have". I was shocked to hear this..a person talking in such a rude tone in service industry that too when he should have apologised for the delay.. Nevertheless, the order comes after 1hr 15mins.

Thought of going for a swim but saw people wearing saare and suites in the pool. Was disgusted to see the dirty water. There are rules to enter the pool so that it is hygienic!

In the evening again called up the room service to order few empty glasses. After reminding them 3-4 times, it came after almost an hour. And the excuse was: The shifts were getting changed! Such bad customer service... They don't even have staff to cater their guests.

Early in the morning, I hear 2-3 hysterical call bell ringing in my room, I rushed to open and found out no one was at the door. I thought there is a mischievous kid so decided to wait there only to see a county Inn staff coming out of the opposite room, running and saying sorry sorry by mistake. And just to share- There was a DND hanging on the door and no where in the world can a staff knock if there is a DND!

This was not all..at the time of check out I asked for the receipt of the money they had taken during the check in under the name of taxes(since it was a complimentary stay) to which they said that no receipt can be given as it is not a tax. On enquiring further, the blame game started with Prestige club and till today I have not got an answer (or a receipt on letter head) why I have been charged Rs.2000 for a complimentary stay(the room rate is approx Rs.4000 on various websites). So in the name of a complimentary night they duped me!

So all you travellers... Go to Country inn only for dine in as the vegetarian food is good but beware of the highly unprofessional and rude staff and keep a check on transaction in cash as they have no answer why they charge and they will not give u a receipt.

P.S: The free wifi doesn't work after any permutation or combination and if you call at the reception to enquire, you will be told that a staff will come to assist you but that will never happen no matter how many times you remind them!

We booked 3 complimentary stay at the hotel as we had paid for privilege card membership which the hotel offers. The dates are 21st June-22nd June.

1. Worst service: after check in by noon we ordered for cold drinks and some snacks by 2pm along with few glasses. The services are so slow that we had to remind them after 45mins!! Finally the food came after 'one and an half hr'!!! The hotel should be ashamed of its slow services!!!

2. Rude staff: when the food was delayed. I called up the room service and someone by the name Sachin said that they have other orders to attend aswell so it will take time!!!!..
1st u guys are useless and good for nothing and then you have the guts to shout back on the customer even after being late and guilty!!!.. Shame on you guys u don't deserve to be in hospitality business!!!

3. Wrong cash transactions: we were informed that this will be a complimentary stay and we will just have to pay taxes to which we agreed as this was part of the benefits when we signed for privilege card membership and paid the annual membership fees.
On reaching at the hotel the staff on the reception asked for Rs 6,000 as taxes (Rs 2000 for each room as we had booked 3 rooms). We paid it and he said the receipt will be sent to our rooms to which we agreed. The receipt never came to us!

Next day while checking out when we asked for the receipt for the taxes we paid, the hotel staff completely denied that's it's not a tax and just a normal receipt of cash payment will be given. To this we denied and said that the voucher provided by the Hotel says it's a completely complimentary stay and we just need to pay the taxes. The hotel staff very smartly said that it's not their responsibility. So a room which was supposed to be free for us they charged Rs 2000 for one night stay.
The rooms are available for Rs 4000 on different travel sites for which they charged Rs 2000 for each room AND completely and illegally fooled us!!

This hotel is a complete no-no and I am sure that every privilege card member must have been asked for money when they had availed their complimentary stay and normally we don't care much about small amounts like Rs 2000!!
Next time onwards everyone be aware!!!!!!!

I have travelled all across the world as I am an avid traveller and writer and have seen hotels with good and bad services but never a 4-5star which is so poor in terms of monetary transactions!!!

This hotel is considered as first 5 start veg only hotel located near Vaishali metro station in Ghaziabad.This hotel is great choice for pure vegetarians.The lobby is bit crowded and their Buffett is simply superb.Staff is friendly.The lift is normally full and you have to wait for the lift most of the times.Common areas are o.k.

Room Tip: Go for road facing rooms.
