Staff are very nice & helpful. Could not check in early cause they were busy the night before but I asked about the fitness room Lisa sent us to another gym for free.I would come back here if in town.

Everything was nice except you had to walk next door for the complementary dinner. Which sounds a little crazy since. Well. It was complementary! The ladies serving the dinner were not too pleasant either. They also refused to give me what they would call "seconds" until 7 pm because they only gave me one slice of ham and all sides. It was 6:45. The place was dead. So, that was a little upsetting.
Other then that, the room was nice. Comfortable.

After a 14 hour drive from Florida on our way home to Wisconsin, we just wanted an inexpensive but safe and comfortable place to sleep for the night. Most of the area hotels were full, so there was very little flexibility in choices. Our mattress was ripped and collapsing into a V shape. My husband and I both felt like we were sleeping on a hill. The bed skirt was torn. The bathtub was cracked and the shower was patched in numerous places. The toilet ran on and off all night long, to the point that it sounded like the sink faucet was turned on. He bathroom floor was patched with non-uniform tile. We travel a lot, and this was, by far, the worst night's hotel stay in our 16 year marriage. There were a couple of holes in the wall, and some brown spatter above the bathroom door.

I did ask for a manager upon checkout, and was told there wasn't one there at the time. The young woman behind the counter was new, and apologetic, and called her supervisor. They made a VERY small adjustment on the room rate, and gave me the general manager's card. I've yet to hear back from the hotel, and this was over a week ago.

I took photos of my complaints and am uploading them here, in hopes that no one else will have to endure the horrible night's sleep that we did at this hotel, in room 132.
