DIRTY ROOM Cob webs around noisy air conditioning. Loud noise in hallways. Sheets had yellow spots on them when we pulled comforter back and open the curtains to let some light in. Pool area was nasty ; trash on floor and standing water about 1" deep where you enter pool area. Hot tub was a petri dish for bacteria with foam on top. Light did not work in room and NO HOT WATER !! Front desk told me happens all the time ; nothing they could do and would not move me to another room, cause it wouldn't help. Told me just to wait awhile ;. after waiting for over 2 hours still was not able take a warm shower ...only cold. ASK for a reduction on the price I paid for the inadequacies and got nothing!!!! for 130.00 RIPOFF!!!!! This is more like a MOTEL 6 and should only charge MAX $50 a night...Also Refrigerator door did not open because it drug on floor, and there were available electrical outlets in room unless you unplug your TV and lights.. SO if you want to use your laptop you will have to go to the bathroom and use it ... Only accessible outlet we could find. Check in was friendly; but after that ... forget it... OH also missed breakfast due to waiting for hot water for shower , that never came and when we went down stairs, husband got coffee from the refreshment area and I asked for a glass of water and was told SORRY that is only available during breakfast; and I missed breakfast. I could help myself to juice or coffee... WT Heck..

I am sorry you had such issues with your stay at the hotel. Our air conditioning units in the rooms have been recently updated and changed to new units. Loud noise in the hallway is something we try to control for our guest and would be glad to make sure everyone follows the rules if the front desk is notified. Our pool and hot tub are used during the hours of 8am to 10pm and can get a little dirty as many people use these during those hours. Our maintenance department cleans the pool and hot tub after 10pm for the next morning. We have 107 rooms in our hotel and during a Friday and Saturday night we have multiple people taking showers at all times during the day and night. It is like at your home, our water heaters have to work in overdrive to heat water which takes time. I'm sorry that you missed breakfast during 6am to 10am hours. The fridge dragging the floor is something that we try and help fix but our rooms just recently were updated to get fridges. The no outlets in the room is because our building was built many many years ago when no cell phones or computers were used. We are updating our hotel and know this is one thing we should address. I'm shocked regarding you wanting water during breakfast because we always have water out for our breakfast hours. After breakfast hours we give our guest a free bottle of water at the front desk if you ask. I wish you all the best in your future travels.

alright i just want to start by saying that the staff are wonderful. they are always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. their jobs are to rent rooms to guests who come in and look for a place to stay for the night or maybe for the week. now for some of these reviews. where do i start? first of all we are all grown adults. why would you allow your children or other company to come into a place of business and destroy things , throw food in the pool, or even the furniture. Really? and then laugh in the face of the staff when they ask you politely to take control of your kids. yes i have been in this hotel at moments that the staff has had to deal with this situation. i mean would you like someone to come into your home and destroy your belongings? same difference.and then you want to accuse the staff of being racist, now i have seen all walks of life come in and get the same exact respect as the next person. grow up. now the pool .... i have been told on my stays that the pool closes at 10 pm.so why would you get upset when the light go off and then threaten the staff. its your own fault, they do inform EVERYONE. thats your own fault if you dont listen to the staff. now to me that means that by that time i should be out of the pool because the lights are going to be turned off. that is not your own personal pool at home. why would you tie a dog to the post of the jaccuzi and leave it there. first of all that is unsanitary and rude at the same time. plus it is posted that no pets are allowed. have a little respect for the staff and the other guests in the hotel, you are not there by yourself. yes the hotel is being remodeled and the new owner is doing his best from what i see to make things better. but as most of us know , you cant make that happen over night, but he is making an effort. kudos to the owner. but you know he might be able to spare more money to work on the hotel if people were not stealing microwaves and refrigerators and t.vs. yea , your probably asking if that is true. i am here to say it is. and then the owner has to replace them . i thought we were all adults, why would you steal someone elses belongings. so those of you that are grown and want a nice stay somewhere for business then you should really give this place a chance. they are working on hiring new help but it takes time to train someone. so i hope that the hotel will get a chance to give you the great service that they have given us when we come up each week for business. they really are great people if you give them the chance to serve you. thank you for reading.

Room Tip: all rooms are great, the lower is just closer to parking.
