We stayed in one of the cabins which had a stellar view over the falls. Crow's Nest has no electricity, no wash basins and is very basic. The toilets are long drops but with a seat that had unfortunately recently been red varnished but we were not told- sitting down was a massive error! The meals are really quite good and the view over the falls from the bar are beautiful. We would probably stay again but would have liked to be forewarned about no electricity of running water.

Room Tip: Ask for one of the cabins with a view of the falls

This place has plenty of rooms! We stayed in a cheap 4 bed dorm which was just a small dorm with the typical corrugated iron roof. The Crow's Nest has no electricity or running water yet I think it was one of the nicest places we stayed (except for the toilets + showers). The bar/restaurant was a great place to relax. We ate our yummy meals with a fantastic views of Sipi's main waterfall. The hostel also provides Coffee Tours and walks which I highly recommend. Our tour guide, Moses, was particularly very good!
