“wonderfully nostalgic”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 March 2014

The building itself is just pretty & décor is antique. the food ....not so good. Wait staff
very nice but prices are high for the area. The same restaurant in Knox, Indiana has 100%
better food.

“Mediocre food, nice decor.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 February 2014

My family ate here on our way traveling through Plymouth. The food was uniformly bland. I think it must be a place for a more elderly crowd that likes bland and cheap food.

We all thought the food was barely edible. The restaurant itself is nicely decorated and looks recently remodeled.

The service was ok.

“Not the best in Plymouth”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 December 2013

I'm surprised this restaurant is rated #1 in Plymouth. I will agree it is probably the most interesting building, which obviously has had a lot of money put into cosmetically, and has the largest menu in town, but the quality of food is not that good. Maybe it is rated so high due to a lack of options for sit down family dining in Plymouth?

I do like their Rosa Marina soup, and a few menu options are not bad (but not great either), however, most items on the menu I have tried are just substandard. The breakfast's are horrible (I can't recommend any place for breakfast in Plymouth, which explains why there is always a line of cars wrapped around McDonalds), the salads are never fresh, and even the milkshakes are surprisingly bad. The service also tends to be slow, and not the friendliest at times. I eat here with associates occasionally (never by my suggestion), and can usually find something I can eat, but I wish they would spend less money on decorations and more money on the quality of food they are serving ...

“Must Visit”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 14 October 2013

This newly redecorated restaurant is a staple in Plymouth. Wide variety on the menu, great soups, chicken and be sure to save room for Dessert! Pies, cakes or ice cream served from their old fashioned fountain. Very good value for the money.
