“NICE RESAURANT IN THE HEART OF FIGHTING IRISH”
Reviewed 5 September 2013

This resturant is in a redone section of town next to Notre Dame . There are several places to eat and shop. There is a pay public parking garage next door. The mark resturant has a bar ans seating outdoors. We went for lunch with a party of 5. They have some diffrent things like duck salds. They alos have nice list of burgers. I had The Longhorn Burger with Bacon and BBQ sauce woth fries. It was cooked to order. it was good. I have had better but it was still good. The service was also good. And we where mostly all pleased. The price it a bit hight than say Fridays and places like that but since it is right next to Notre Dame and is that new srea it is worth it. I would give it a shot if you are near Notre Dame .

“Nice casual dining”
Reviewed 1 September 2013 via mobile

Ate here on a Sunday afternoon. Food and service were both good. Liver and onions is hard to find most places but they had it here and it was good. Pricing is fair. Will be back.

“Nice surprise midst bar food and chain restaurants”
Reviewed 23 August 2013

Stopped by for lunch for the 1st time, and was dreading the bar food that seems to be the pervasive play in this retail/residential development right on the edge of Notre Dame Campus. Ate off the dinner menu which was much leaner than the over-thought lunch menu. Feels like I eat grilled salmon for a living while travelling. This however was great - on a bed of root vegtables with a light sauce - really good - appetizers well thought out too. Service is good, but staff needs to become more knowledgeable about wine list and offer better advice.

“Just okay”
Reviewed 3 August 2013

The food was okay/good - we all had sandwiches on a Sunday after Mass. The sandwiches were fair but really nothing special and a little high in price $10-13. They were still serving brunch which looked great (kind of wish I had tried it instead). The food service was not great. It took several times asking and waiting to get refills. Another weird thing is the bathrooms. Between the stalls in the women's room is this kind of frosted glass, which would be fine, except you can see through it to the other stall and it made me fairly uncomfortable when there was someone in the stall next to me.

One thing that went above and beyond though was the front of house service. We ran out of camera battery and asked if there was anywhere we could charge our camera. They gladly charged it at the front while we were eating, which saved our sightseeing for the day. Thanks again!
