This was my first experience eating Papusas. I went twice since I wasn't really sure that I liked them the first time. It's probably an acquired taste but I did end up craving them, hence the second visit. I tried to call ahead since it takes about 15 minutes to prepare but the phone just kept ringing. I had to go in and wait for my order to be prepared.
The Papusas are a little on the greasy side on the outside due to the oil used on the griddle to cook them. I blotted them with paper towels and then they were fine. The cabbage stuff on the side tasted very fresh.
This place has a very limited menu. I thought it was good but I found an even better place that costs the same per Papusa but they are twice the size and are much better - See my next review on Juan Camaney's.
