We stayed here for a weekend a few weeks ago as we were attending a wedding in Glasgow (and reception at nearby Carnbooth House Hotel). As with all other Premier Inn’s I’ve stayed at, from the minute we arrived until the minute we left the service was second to none, especially from Pauline on reception. Pauline checked us in quickly and easily and advised us on breakfast options (roughly £5 continental and £8 cooked). As we weren’t from the area we explained about our plans for attending the wedding the next day and before we knew it Pauline had advised us on what time to leave, how to get there and had booked us a taxi for the next day and details for us getting back at night.
The room was big, warm and comfy with all you would require. Really comfy mattress and so quiet at night we felt like we were the only people there. We visited the onsite bar at night which was great and again all the staff there worked really hard but were friendly and helpful, as with the staff at breakfast. Breakfast was fab, both options are ‘all you can eat’ and before we left for the wedding the place was really filling up with locals coming in for lunch. All this and the double room was only £35 per night, incredible…thanks!
