Our room was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and the staff was very personable and helpful. We liked the location because it was isolated from noise and traffic but still extremely close to shopping, restaurants and points of interest. Highly recommend, would certainly stay here again.
This is an older building which means it is well built and quiet not like the newer Ricky-
Ticky buildings. It has been well taken care of. It is nicely located amidst mature trees.
The rooms are small and clean. My room was a no smoking handicap room #120. It opens to the parking lot. So you can park at your door. Rooms above open to a balcony. A lot of the room is taken up by a king bed. Nice easy chair and hassock, but a little soft. I like the AC/heater unit because it shut off when the temperature was reached and the fan wasn't always running.
The room had a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The refrigerator partially blocked the entrance to the closet/bathroom area, but it could have been moved down the wall
The tub and toilet were side by side. The safety handle was on the toilet end of the tub not on the open end of the tub to help you get in.
Typical breakfast with cheese omlet, waffle, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, apples, toast, juice and coffee.
A good value for the money.
