Not much to say. It was the lowest price in town that I could reserve online. A couple of shady characters walking around but they didn't bother us. Room appeared to be clean. Beds were ok. Grocery store across the street. No ice unfortunately but it was the middle of a heat wave. The place does not have regular AC, and instead has a cold water circulation system which works well most times, but not that great during a heat wave. It was acceptable.

Booked this motel from experience with others. Motel was beyond run down. Room was disgusting torn carpet ,reeked . We wouldn't even leave on bags on the floor. Went to the office were we requested a refund. Staff were quick to credit our card. Upon returning to room to load bags noticed a street walker knocking on doors and setting times and price's. Can't understand how motel 6 would let the place keep the light on.

Booked a room for one night, arrived about 3:45 (had said estimated arrival time would be between 3-4) and was told their internet hadn't been working properly and they didn't have any rooms available because the housekeepers hadn't cleaned them yet, so I would have had to wait an hour. The woman at the front desk did not seem apologetic at ALL. We had to be at a wedding, so did not have time to wait and she suggested their west motel (about 20mins from there, also adding 20mins to the venue I was attending) I did not have time to argue, nor to find another hotel, so we went to the west one- which was a much better experience! Also much nicer looking. I do NOT recommend the Airport Motel 6- even though the west one is about 20mins away, I definitely recommend going there instead!

Driving through the area was awful, when we pulled in to the motel we just wished we hadn't made a reservation. Police seem to patrol the place all the time, I see why....

It was really cheap, but you get what you pay for....$43.99 + tax isn't bad, but the rooms definitely are bad...

Walking into the room and the smell hit us, stale smoke (non smoking room) and urine, covered up with cheap air freshener...I went straight to the grocery store nearby and bought tobacco and pet air freshener...it helped a little.

The room was small with old, uncomfortable beds...so bad the springs were coming through.

The bathroom was not the cleanest, it really needs a deep clean, maybe new flooring.

The TV was small and something you find in goodwill or the dumpster. The picture was awful and only had a few channels.

My comforter had pubic hair and blood stains. I took it to the office to get a clean one. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful, considering.

The WiFi is $2.99 and it was very slow.

It's pet friendly which is good, but I suggest wearing flip flops or slippers, the carpet was filthy!!!!!

The walls are thin, you can hear other people moving around. There is an airport right next door...bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

I would never return to this motel 6.... The one in West Des Moines is 100 times better and its in a safer area of the city.

The price was the only good thing.

Checked and the staff was friendly. Had a reservation for 1 Double Room NO SMOKING (very important) and paid for in advance. They did not have our room and they were fully booked. All they had was 2 rooms with one double each and they were SMOKING!! The rooms were not too bad for $69 (for both). One other problem was that there was one towel in each room...yes, I said one.

Like I said, for the money...a place to sleep for the night and their good attempt at making a wrong a right...it's not to bad. I would suggest that you call before you arrive to verify your reservation if you have one.
