A group of us wanted to stay at the Brooklynn Inn and the place was full. We were close to having to cancel our weekend getaway plans when Kim Brooks, being the customer-friendly person she is, graciously recommended us to another bed and bath. The only other time I remember a business sending a customer to another place for patronization is on the movie, Miracle on 34th Street. Kim is certainly a business woman who cares about customers! Thank you, Kim.
