I was booked in here by my company as I was working in the area for a weekend. We arrived around 11pm on a Friday night but there was still a pleasant smiling staff member at the desk to deal with our booking in.
The room was quite large with two queen beds, a small armchair with table, desk/table with two chairs, a chest of drawers and a bedside cupboard. A flat screen tv on top with a small microwave and fridge below. Lighting was low ambient but plentiful. The bathroom had a small tub with a massage head shower. All was well cleaned with fresh white towels and the usual small bottles of lotion and cleansers. The hand wash basin was just outside the bathroom and had a hairdryer and small coffee maker. The closet had a safe, hanging space and iron and board. Nothing more could be required as this room was fully and well equipped.
The whole room was well prepared and presented with some nice finishing touches such as points folded on the toilet paper rolls and the bathmat folded into a little pouch to hold a face cloth. For a chain hotel these were nice to find and I commend whoever serviced the room (206).
There is a small swimming pool and fitness room and quite a few ending machines for drinks and nibbles. A small seating area with cosy gas fireplace was just in the lobby. Fresh cookies were on the check-in desk too. Breakfast was cereal selection with three juices, coffee, yoghurt, fruit, 2x waffle makers and a small heated cabinet with sausage and scrambled egg. There was also a bread, muffin selection with toasters too. Good selection to allow for a hearty breakfast. The bed was very comfortable with the only problem being the size of the pillows. They were small square ones and I woke a couple of times when I moved and my head slid off the pillow. Not a huge issue but full sized pillows would be nice.
A comfortable stay in a very clean and well equipped hotel.
