The setting - patio dining, surrounded by vineyards looking down to Lac Leman and across to the Alps. Absolutely stunning.
The menu - small selection of locally sourced foods - interesting combinations, not your usual fare.
The service - Outstanding. Very well informed about each menu option - able to explain each dish and recommend according to our specific tastes. My dinner companion was about to swim across the Lake for charity the next day and was given great advice about the best meal for energy. I asked for 'local and light' and was directed to the perfect option.
The food - unlike anything I have every tasted. Delicious - new tastes - fantastic. I ordered Duck carpaccio and pork fillets in port win jus with braised figs. The meal was out of this world.
The wine - trusted the waiter's recommendations for each course and was not disappointed
