Great stay as always!! The hotel is always nice and clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my stays here at the Hilton Garden Inn. I had family visiting from out of town and we all had a great time stay at the hotel and we will stay again!!

We have stayed here before, we like staying here. The facility in clean, nice location, convenient access to the interstate.

We had a reservation for a king bed room. We were told when we checked in that they had no king bed rooms left. We had the usual discussion about what a reservation means. The desk clerks blamed there booking system which they said always over books those rooms. Interesting, but not our problem.

We asked about some compensation for this. Initially they offered none. They said we could speak with the manager the next day. Since we would be hitting the road early, that would be of no use. They offered us a river view rather than a city room view. It was dark when we checked in and would still be dark when we checked out, so this was meaningless. At the last minute, they comp'd us breakfast. That was meaningful; but could have been offered up front when we asked.

On the way up to the room the elevator had Hilton's 100% satisfaction guarantee plastered on the walls. You are satisfied or your stay is free. Well, no.

The breakfast was good, the coffee was bad. They have an unusual hybrid breakfast; halfway between and Embassy Suite type breakfast buffet and a restaurant. You order your cooked stuff with the waitress, and then you can either order the other things on the buffet from them, or get it yourself. It is a little confusing. Why not be one or the other.

Room Tip: If you want a King bed room, regardless of your reservation, plan to check in early in the day.

I do apologize about the overbooking. Unfortunatly our systems are set-up to overbook, but we could have handled the scenario a little better. We have rewards set up for our customers who have to be inconvenienced by this system, and I am not sure why nothing went into place for you. We will use this situation as a learning example for our staff, and will work better at making our customers feel a little better if they ever experience an overbooking in the future. Again, I do apologize and thank you for bringing it to our attention. See you again, soon!

I have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed it. This time the restaurant and bar did not meet expectations. Waiting for a table along with 3 other parties, did not elicit a greeting or a smile from the staff walking by several times. We went to the bar and there were not smiles there for us either. So we went elsewhere. The rooms have always been clean and fresh, Hotel staff really friendly and helpful. I would stay here again just maybe eat elsewhere.

The hotel in clean and very convenient to the Marina and the new Hard Rock Casino, though I wasn't a fan of the casino. The food at Bev's was very good. For those arriving by boat, the Marina is really nice with large slips and gas dock. We will be back again.

Hilton is becoming a leader in value and quality. This hotel is an example. I challenge travelers to find anything close in quality in the area, or near the value. You can't. The location is excellent, right of the interstate without confusing turns or sketchy areas. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the area until a friend told me about this one, thank goodness.

Needed to be in Sioux City on business, was arriving late. Good, clean hotel; staff was very friendly, had a fast and efficient check in and check out; I would definitely stay here again. Located just off interstate, but not too noisy inside, decent & fast breakfast.

This Hotel was very clean, hotel staff very friendly and was a great value. The hotel is located on the Missouri river next to a park with a great walking path. The hotel also has a nice clean on-site restaurant and lounge.
